Thyme Roasted Radishes

  • 1 bunch radishes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 2-3 springs fresh thyme finely chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 450F.

  2. Cut the root and stem off the radishes, then quarter.

  3. In a bowl, toss radishes, thyme, and olive oil together until radishes are well-coated.

  4. Spread radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  5. Roast radishes in the oven for 10-12 minutes, until they start to brown.

  6. Enjoy the overall deliciousness of roasted radishes.

Variations: Use garlic, basil, rosemary, or any other fresh spices!
