Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant.
Add zucchini, corn, basil, oregano, and thyme. Cook, stirring constantly, until zucchini is tender and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
Stir in lime juice and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, as desired.
